(ANSAmed) - TUNIS, MAY 15 - In the next few years, Batna will
be added to the list of Algerian cities with an urban
underground service. The Algiers underground company, EMA, has
launched a national and international pitch for the detailed
design, execution and checking of construction works in what is
to be the first stretch of the Batna underground.
The decision to call for tenders follows the decision taken by the government, which after Algiers, Oran and Constantine, wants Batna to be fitted with an underground service. The total financing has not yet been revealed. (ANSAmed).
