(ANSAmed) - ROME, APRIL 19 - A deal which will strengthen not
only the exchange of news and photos but also of multimedia
products was signed today between ANSA and the Moroccan news
agency MAP. The president of ANSA Giulio Anselmi was present
alongside the director Luigi Contu, the CEO Giuseppe Cerbone and
the director general of MAP, Khalil Hachimi Idrissi.
''It is an important move for ANSA considering the role which MAP occupies in North Africa, especially during this phase in which Morocco is accelerating its modernization and that its ties with Italy are ever stronger'' said the ANSA's president Anselmi.
The director general of MAP Idrissi added on his behalf that ''It will be an opportunity to focus especially on multimedia products and create a flow of information which will permit MAP journalists to access new methods of work and modern instruments linked to new technologies.'' (ANSAmed).
