(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, FEBRUARY 22 - Serbian Premier Aleksandar Vucic has underlined the urgency of starting work on building a "motorway of peace" between Nis, in southern Serbia and Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, to bring Serbs and ethnic Albanians closer together.

"It will be the motorway of peace and I am convinced that it will be the best link between Belgrade and Pristina, we are asking the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) to help us," Vucic said in London where he is attending an EBRD summit on investment in the western Balkans.

Other heads of government from the region were attending the meeting in London with Vucic. (ANSAmed).
