in Poland and Russia to start, possibly leading to the birth of
new stars, the transfer market has already been opened. The big
European clubs are in fact looking out for stars for the new
season. The economic crisis is having a negative impact on the
market, but new money is being pumped into European football,
mainly by Russian and Arab magnates.
This trend is led by emir Al-Thani from Qatar, who will not
accept second place in his second year as head of Paris Saint
Germain, he wants the French title and the Champions League. To
reach these goals he is ready to give the Italian coach Carlo
Ancelotti all the stars he wants. The first new arrival will be

Lavezzi, the Argentinean midfielder playing for Napoli who will
reportedly be bought for 26 million euros. An apartment on the
Champs Elysee is already waiting for Lavezzi, as well as a
salary of almost five million euros per year. But PSG will not
stop there, the club is also after two Brazilian stars currently
playing for Milan: defender Thiago Silva and attacker Pato.
Chelsea is also on the lookout for new blood, having to defend
