Libyan Chief Prosecutor Taha Bera told Anatolia news agency on Friday that International Criminal Court demanded Libya to hand over Gadhafi and Senussi, but Libya did not have an obligation to meet this demand. Bera said that Libyan jurisdiction had enough knowledge to try Gadhafi and Senussi. Bera also said that Libya made official demands many times to Egypt to get back the executives of former Libyan regime, however, Egypt did not give an actual response so far. (ANSAmed).
