23 September, 17:42

(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, SEPTEMBER 23 - Kosovo prime minister Avdullah Hoti said Wednesday that dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade will have to end with reciprocal recognition and a legally binding final agreement.

Serbian media said Hoti had repeated this position in a videoconference earlier in the day with EU ambassadors meant to update all in involved on the EU-facilitated talks.

The prime minister also urged Brussels to lift visa requirements for Kosovo citizens, saying that this is essential for economic and societal development.

Kosovo citizens are the only ones in the Balkans that still need a visa to enter EU countries. (ANSA).
