Syria: TV, Kurdish forces free civilians from ISIS

About 100 people trapped in fighting in the East

    BEIRUT - Kurdish-Syrian forces backed by the US have ''released hundreds of civilians'' in eastern Syria, according to top military officials with the Kurdish-Syrian forces, who operate as part of the US-led International Coalition, quoted by pan Arab television al Arabiya. The civilians were trapped in fighting between ISIS and Coalition forces.
    The forces over the last few hours have advanced towards the center of Hajin, a town in the area still held by ISIS.
