The forum is taking place on November 6 in Brussels and will discuss the results over the past 10 years reached by Medreg, the association's approach and the activities of working groups to improve the connection with the energy market in the Mediterranean market. The increasing importance of gas and renewable energy sources will be at the center of the gathering, also analyzing their impact on trans-national energy networks, in the perspective of creating a Mediterranean energy market for electricity and gas, favoring dialogue between national regulators to develop and harmonic market. The day of study will initially focus on ''investments in renewable sources vs gas'' to also analyze the ability of some energy sources to attract investments in a country.
