(ANSAmed) - TEL AVIV, NOVEMBER 10 - Two Israelis were
stabbed and injured on Monday near the Alon Shvut settlement in
the West Bank, reported the Channel 2 television station.
The attacker was shot and killed by security forces but no
other details are presently known.
A few hours before an Israeli soldier was also stabbed and
injured in a Tel Aviv railway station. The attacker, a
Palestinian from the West Bank city of Nablus, has been
arrested.
Tension is rising in the area after two other recent
attacks on Israelis in Jerusalem as well as clashes in northern
Israel, after police killed an Arab in Kfar Kana armed with a
knife and suspected of having attacked security forces.
