(ANSAmed) - ATHENS, MARCH 21 - Greek police discovered and
defused eight parcel bombs addressed to EU officials operating
in the sectors of business and finance at a post office near
Athens.
A few days ago, letter bombs were sent to the German finance ministry in Berlin, without causing damage, and to the Paris headquarters of the International Monetary Fund where some employees were wounded.
The action in Germany was claimed by a Greek anarchist group known as ''Conspiracy of fire cells''.
Investigators focused on Greek anarchist groups also for the IMF attack after Greek stamps were found on the exploded envelope.
