Syria: 'over 1,350 terrorists killed in Afrin', Turkey says

'New air raids overnight, 15 targets destroyed'

    (ANSAmed) - ISTANBUL, FEBRUARY 12 - Turkish armed forces said they have ''neutralized'' - killed, wounded or imprisoned - 1,369 ''terrorists'' with the Kurdish YPG and ISIS since the start of their offensive on the Kurdish-Syrian Afrin enclave on January 20, according to a statement.

    The statement also said that new air raids on the area were carried out last night, destroying 15 targets including refuges and armed and munitions depots. The report can't be independently verified on the ground and widely differs with reports from other local sources.

    According to Ankara, at least 13 Turkish soldiers died in the 'Olive branch' operation. (ANSAmed).
