Moroccan Navy fires at migrant boat, one wounded

16-year-old injured in second such incident

    (ANSAmed) - ROME, OCTOBER 10 - A Moroccan Navy ship has opened fire to block a vessel carrying 60 migrants off Gibraltar, wounding a 16-year-old boy, local broadcaster 2M reports. According to military sources, the Moroccan ship ''only fired in the air''. The incident occurred between Larache and Asilah, in front of the country's western Atlantic coast. On September 25, a Moroccan Navy vessel opened fire on a vessel, killing a young woman and wounding three migrants.
