Migrants: Ocean Viking rescues 92 people off coast of Libya

From overcrowded boat, including pregnant women and babies

    (ANSAmed) - ROME, JANUARY 24 - The Ocean Viking on Friday rescued 92 people struggling on a rubber boat about 30 miles off the coast of Libya, said Doctors Without Borders (MSF) on Twitter.

    It said the boat was overcrowded and its passengers included pregnant women and babies.

    Many of the survivors were suffering from hypothermia and seasickness, extremely weak and covered in fuel, MSF said.(ANSAmed).
