(ANSAmed) - LJUBLJANA, JANUARY 13 - In Slovenia
restrictive measures to contain the spread of coronavirus will
remain in force at least until late in the spring, when a good
percentage of the population will be vaccinated, said Prime
Minister Janez Jansa. The premier was speaking during an
interview broadcast by the first channel of State television,
after presenting the vaccination plan as interim health
minister. The government's objective is to provide coverage to
70% of the population by the spring with priority given to
healthcare operators and people over 70 in the first trimester
and then to continue with the most vulnerable categories. Over
the past 24 hours Slovenia has registered 2,092 new cases and 17
deaths. (ANSAmed). (ANSA).
