(ANSAmed) - TEL AVIV, JANUARY 19 - The Palestinian
Authority (PA) is expected to receive an initial shipment of
5,000 doses of the Russian Sputnik 5 Covid-19 vaccine soon,
according to Israeli media.
The news outlets reported that the doses will arrive in the West Bank from Jordanian territory and that the PA received assistance from the Israeli authorities for the transfer of the vaccines.
The use of Sputnik 5 was approved ''as an emergency measure'' by the PA last week.(ANSAmed). (ANSA).
