(ANSAmed) - NEW YORK, OCTOBER 1 - Saudi Arabia has decided to cancel a speech at the UN General Assembly scheduled on Tuesday. According to UN diplomatic sources, the Saudis decided to cancel the address to express their disagreement over the latest developments concerning Syria and Iran. The Arab country, sources said, is not satisfied with the resolution on Syria adopted by the UN Security Council. It is also reportedly displeased with the recent significant turning point in relations between Tehran and the international community, sealed by an historic phone conversation between Iranian President Hassan Rohani and his US counterpart Barack Obama.(ANSAmed).
