(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, NOVEMBRE 22 - Serbian Defence Minister
Nebojsa Rodic and his Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) counterpart
Zekerijah Osmic stated that there is room for improvement of
military-economic cooperation.
At a meeting in Belgrade, Rodic and Osmic expressed
satisfaction with the cooperation conducted so far in the
defence sector, stating that there is ground for further
improvement, the Serbian Ministry of Defence reported. Rodic
underscored that the exchange of experiences and engagement of
teachers in national training centres in Belgrade and Butmir
would create better basis for potential joint engagement in
peacekeeping missions under the EU and UN auspices. He
underscored the willingness to discuss the possibility of
realisation of joint simulation or field military exercises,
both on the bilateral basis and with participation of
neighbouring armies in the region. (ANSAmed).
