Libya: Parliament rejects government, too many ministers

Ten other days for Premier al Thani to form cabinet

    (ANSAmed) - CAIRO, SEPTEMBER 18 - The Libyan Parliament in Tobruk has rejected a list of ministers presented by Premier Abdullah al Thani, official news agency Lana reported on Thursday.

    The news agency said MPs have given the premier an additional ten days to cut down the number of ministers from 18 to 10.

    Parliament also reportedly asked the prime minister not to include outgoing ministers in the new cabinet nor people with double citizenship.(ANSAmed).
