(ANSAmed) - TUNIS, NOVEMBER 20 - Tunisia has decided to close two border crossings with Libya - Ras Jedir and Dehiba - for four days starting Thursday, over fear of terror attacks ahead of presidential elections scheduled on Sunday.

The measure does not concern diplomatic missions and urgent cases, as well as travelers who want to reach Libya from Tunisia.

The decision was taken after a meeting Wednesday of the crisis committee on security chaired by Tunisian Premier Mehdi Jomaa, which also offered the opportunity to discuss the fight on terror and smuggling, domestic security repercussions of the Libyan crisis and preparations for Sunday's vote.
