     - New York - UN special envoy in Libya Ghassan Salamè has said talks to revise the December 2015 UN-backed Skhirat agreement leading to the creation of a government of national accord led by Fayez al Sarraj are due to begin on September 26, Arab diplomatic sources have told ANSA. The talks will be led by the committee created specifically to amend the accord, the sources added. In the event of an agreement on the changes and approval from the Tobruk parliament and council of state in Tripoli, the revised accord would be the first step towards creating a new constitutional framework for calling elections.
