    (ANSAmed) - SKOPJE, SEPTEMBER 26 - The referendum next Sunday in Macedonia on an agreement with Greece on the new name for the former Yugoslav country - ''North Macedonia'' - will be monitored by some 10,500 observers. Private broadcaster Telma said that the great majority, or about 10,000, will be local observers from civic and social organizations while 500 will be foreign observers, in particular from Osce and various embassies.
