BRUSSELS - Portugal has decided to interrupt flights with the United Kingdom starting Saturday, with the exception of humanitarian flights to repatriate Portuguese and British citizens, said Prime Minister Antonio Costa after participating in a video conference of EU leaders to coordinate anti-Covid measures.
