(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 09 NOV - "The opposition between the blocks and the risk of a war in Europe seemed to disappear the day the Berlin Wall fell, but apparently, history teaches nothing, and, tragically, just today the sensitive border between Poland and Belarus recorded rising tensions. Wherever it comes from, the deliberately aggressive use of migrants is an inhumane act," said in a statement Senator Tatjana Rojc (PD) on the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, regarding the escalating tensions on the border between Poland and Belarus.

"For the Nations and the politics, the fall of the Berlin Wall should be teaching - added the senator - the impossibility of imposing constrictions and oppressions indefinitely to the peoples. In this case, produced by a specific ideology, but typical of any dictatorship or autocracy even of our times." (ANSA).
