Germany: Brexit impacting negatively on export
Exports to the UK expected to be down YOY by 30% in January

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 2 - In January 2021 German exports to
the United Kingdom decreased by roughly 30% compared with
January 2020, according to provisional calculations of the
German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). "Based on an
extrapolation, exports to the United Kingdom continued to
decline in January 2021 due to Brexit effects, after the year
2020 was characterised by the coronavirus pandemic," Destatis
said, speaking of a "significative decline." (ANSA).
