(ANSAmed) - TEL AVIV, 23 NOVEMBER - Following the two
attacks in Jerusalem, the police has heightened the state of
alert across Israel. Local media report this while the police is
busy conducting an extensive search to find the attackers. "We
haven't arrested anyone for the moment, but we are conducting
several searches", said a Jerusalem police officer on public
radio who believes today's attacks were the result of a
sophisticated and complex operation. "We had not seen similar
explosive devices for many years", the police officer specified.
In light of these developments the police does not exclude that other similar devices might have been made and hidden in the city. The population was asked to remain on high alert.(ANSAmed).
