(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, APRIL 20 - Slovenian President Borut Pahor, whose second mandate is expiring this year, is allegedly interested in replacing Miroslav Lajcak as special representative of the EU for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina on the issue of Kosovo, the Ljubljana-based newspaper 'Delo' reports. Presidency sources were quoted as saying that for the moment Pahor "is not taking into consideration" such an hypothesis.

At the end of his mandate, they added, Pahor will be an ex-president. "He is not thinking about what he will be doing in a year, there will be enough time for that", they added. Next December, Borut Pahor will wrap up his second mandate as president and he will not be able to run for a third. (ANSAmed).
