(ANSAmed) - ISTANBUL, 30 NOV - "Military operations not only
cannot resolve any problem, on the contrary, they complicate
things further and lead to loss of human lives". The Minister of
Foreign Affairs of Iran, Hossein Amirabdollahian, stated this
while speaking to his Turkish counterpart, Mevlut Cavusoglu, in
reference to Ankara's intention to launch a land offensive
against Kurdish forces in northern Syria. During the phone call,
Amirabdollahian did however recognized "the security concerns"
of Turkey over the situation on the Syrian border. (ANSAmed).
