    - TUNIS 3 - Germany and Tunisia announced the signing of a new agreement regarding migrant flows on Friday during German Chancellor Angela Merkel's visit to Tunis.

    "The accord signed yesterday satisfies both Tunisia as well as Germany," said Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi, during a joint press conference with Merkel at Carthage Palace. The agreement provides for, among other things, the repatriation of about 1,500 Tunisians currently living illegally in Germany.

    Germany will provide 250 million euros in development aid to Tunisia, Merkel said.
