(ANSAmed) - TUNIS, MARCH 3 - A selection of 26 movies,
short-films and documentaries from 19 countries is scheduled
for screening at the seventh edition of the 'Human Screen
Festival' (Hsf), Karama Human Rights Film Festival Tunisia. The
theme of this new edition, scheduled on March 8-12 in several
regions of Tunisia, is "the rights of women and marginalized
groups". At a press conference, the association Actif said the
movies will be screened in six Tunisian cities: Bizerte, Gabes,
Hammam Sousse, Kasserine, Tozeur and Tunis and access is free.

The event also includes meetings on artists' rights, screenwriting, movies on human rights and the structure of relations on human rights. Four Tunisian movies are in the official competition that includes 25 films divided into three sections - fiction, documentary and short-film. Papi, Qu'as Tu Fait de ta Jeunesse (2021) and Le Bassin Minier (2022) were selected as documentaries while Salwa and Bisklet will run in the short-film section. (ANSA).
