(ANSAmed) - NAPLES, 09 NOV - 'Arte in Nuvola', the international modern and contemporary art fair, is taking place from 18 to 21 November at the Fuksas Cloud in EUR, featuring Israelis among its international guests.

The fair was supposed to start with its first edition in May 2020, but it was postponed to this year.

It aims to become the reference point for collecting in central and southern Italy, with the assistance of the art historian Adriana Polveroni and the general management of Alessandro Nicosia.

All disciplines are represented, including painting, installations, sculpture, performance, video art, digital art, and street art, bringing together the most important and renowned Italian and international galleries.

Israel is the fair's guest country, with a dedicated pavilion that will host the exhibition 'Israel Landscape', sponsored by the Israeli Embassy in Italy and curated by Ermanno Tedeschi and Vera Pilpoul.

The works of 17 artists born or active in Israel and from various parts of the world, in a testament to the value of integration, will be on display, including works of sculpture, painting, photography and embroidery.

The fair will also host a series of talks with guests from the art world, including one on Sunday 21 November at 16:30 with the great Israeli critic and scholar Gideon Ofrat, who will speak on the topic of the influences of Italian art on Israeli art. (ANSAmed).
