(ANSAmed) - RABAT, SEPTEMBER 13 - Casablanca has joined the
fray in protesting the anti-Islamic film. Hundreds of people who
mobilized over the social networks gathered on Boulevard Moulay
Youssef, heading towards the US consulate nearby.
The protesters clashed with security forces, who prevented them from reaching the consulate, arresting a dozen people. The protest lasted three hours, with chants against President Obama and calling for the US consul to be expelled. (ANSAmed).
