Egypt: two policemen killed, ISIS claims responsability

    (ANSAmed) - CAIRO, AUGUST 26 - Two Egyptian police were killed on Wednesday morning in an attack in the northern Sinai. The two police were killed by shots to the head and chest, news agency MENA quoted security sources as saying. The Islamic State (ISIS) affiliate 'Sinai Province' has claimed responsibility for the attack. The jihadists have published photos online showing the corpse of one of the victims, adding that they ''had killed the two policeman near a post office in Arish and that they had taken their weapons''. The Egyptian interior ministry said that the attackers had not yet been identified. (ANSAmed).
