Ban condemns attack but Saudi-led coalition denies accusations

    (ANSAmed) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 29 - At least 131 people died after air-raids, allegedly carried out by the Saudi-led coalition, hit a wedding party in a village close to the port city of Mocha, on the Red Sea, UN sources and local medical ones reported, according to BBC online.

    UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon condemned the double raid attributed to the Saudi-led coalition by local sources.

    "Any intentional attack against civilians is considered a serious violation of international humanitarian law", said Ban, quoted by pan-Arab television Al Jazeera. A spokesperson for the coalition claimed allegations, according to which the attack was carried out by planes belonging to the Saudi-led alliance, were "totally false" .
