Syria: Russian helicopter crashes in Homs, 2 dead

It was not hit by enemy fire, according to Russia authorities

    (ANSAmed) - MOSCOW, APRIL 12 - A Mi-28N Russian military helicopter has crashed close to Homs in Syria, Russia's defence ministry said. Two crew members are dead, news agencies reported. The crash happened overnight. The bodies have been recovered and are in the Latakia base. According to initial investigations it does not appear that the helicopter was hit by enemy fire. (ANSAmed).
