(ANSAmed) - TEL AVIV, NOVEMBER 15 - After rockets were shot
Thursday at Israel from the Gaza Strip with a ceasefire in
place, followed by a reaction from the Israeli army, calm had
settled in by Friday morning.
However, concerns of a fresh outbreak of violence has resulted in all schools being closed in Israeli areas near the Gaza Strip as well as in Ashkelon, Sderot and Netivot, which have repeatedly been targeted by rockets from Gaza. During attacks over the night after the rocket launching, the Israeli army said that it had hit an Islamic Jihad military center and another place where the group was producing rockets. The headquarters of the group in Khan Younis was also attacked.(ANSAmed).
