Over 350 migrants arrived in Spain in less than 48 hours

Arrivals both on the islands and in the south-east and south

    (ANSAmed) - MADRID, 6 OCTOBER - Over 350 migrants reached the Spanish shores on Tuesday night, landing in different areas of the country according to the Spanish news agency Efe, authorities and emergency services. The main points of arrival, as is usually the case in recent years, were the Canary islands and the Balearic isles. In the case of the former, migrants usually depart from Morocco or Western Sahara, while, in the latter, the most frequent point of departure is Algeria. Other boats reached the coasts of Alicante, Almeria, Granada and Cadiz, areas in the south-east and south of the country, added Efe.(ANSAmed).
