A 30-year prison term for a man who
killed a stranger in Turin in February 2019 was upheld by a
Turin appeals court Wednesday.
The man, Said Mechaquat, was unable to explain why he murdered
34-year-old clothing store assistant Stefano Leo on the Po river
front on February 23 that year.
It emerged, however, that the two did not know each other.
