Italian police on Wednesday searched
the home of a man behind a recent wave of anti-Green Pass
marches in Milan.
The 28-year-old Milanese man, Gabriele Molgora aka Zeno, is
under investigation, police said, for instigation to commit
crimes aggravated by using IT technology.
Via social media the young man became the reference point for
the anti-vax movement last summer, police said.
There have been a string of demos and marches against the Green
Pass health certificate in the Lombardy capital recently.
Police said the man downloaded from the Web and distributed
around 1,000 Green Passes via Telegram.
Mologora had been hit by a DASPO ban in September ordering him
not to take part in any more marches.
Despite this, on November 20 he launched a round-Italy appeal to
get a million protesters into Milan's central Piazza Duomo on
Saturday 27 November.
Thousands turned up despite a ban on holding such demos in the
square.
