Germany: production expectations in industry dip slightly
The ifo indicator fell to 22 points in July

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, AUG 6 - German industry has reduced its
production expectations, the German ifo institute said in a
statement today. The ifo indicator fell to 22 points in July,
down from 27 points in June, but the figure is still very high
compared to the long-term average, the institute said. "Supply
bottlenecks for important intermediate products are now making
themselves felt," says Klaus Wohlrabe, Head of Surveys at ifo.
In the automotive industry expectations rose as well as in the clothing industry. (ANSA).
