Germany: GDP up 0.4% in third quarter
Economy remains robust

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 25 - Overall, the German economy
remains strong, with GDP increasing by 0.4% in the third quarter
of 2022 compared to the second quarter of 2022, adjusted for
price, seasonal, and calendar variations, according to the
Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). Growth was 0.1 percentage
point higher than stated in the initial release on October 28,
2022. Despite difficult global economic conditions such as the
ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, delivery bottlenecks, continuing
price rises, and the war in Ukraine, GDP increased, as it had in
the first two quarters (+0.8% and +0.1%, respectively). (ANSA).
