In Porto Vecchio, Trieste, from September 18 to October 10

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 14 - Scientist Nikola Tesla, one of the most influential personalities of the 20th century, will be the protagonist of 'Nikola Tesla: a man from the future,' an exhibition that will be set up from September 18 to October 10 in Room 1B of Magazzino 26 in Porto Vecchio, Trieste.

The exhibition will retrace the life and discoveries of the scientist also through digital content, archival footage, audio recordings, and other multimedia tools. In addition, objects and documents kept by the Tesla Museum in Belgrade will also be on display. The Belgrade museum houses the world's most extensive collection of scientist's patents and legacies and is one of the most visited museums in the Serbian capital.

The initiative is a Serbian Youth Cultural Association (ACGS) project, collaborating with the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade and co-organizing with the City of Trieste.

"The decision to bring the exhibition to Trieste finds its foundation in the fact that the Julian capital is now recognized as the City of Science," explained Maja Berovic, the project leader of the initiative, at the press presentation of the exhibition. Concurrently with the collection, collateral cultural events will be organized, from concerts to films and shows dedicated to the scientist. (ANSA).
