(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 11 - The European Commission forecast
on Friday that the economy of the euro zone will grow more
quickly in 2022 than was previously anticipated, and it will
slow down more quickly in 2023 than was previously thought. The
European Commission projected that the economy of the euro zone
would expand by 3.2% this year, which is higher than the 2.7%
growth rate that was predicted in July. However, growth would
then sharply decelerate to 0.3% the following year, which is
significantly lower than the 1.4% growth rate that was predicted
in July, before rebounding to 1.5% in 2024. (ANSA).
