(ANSA) - ROME, 25 SET - Men of mobilization age in the
Russian Federation will probably be banned from leaving the
country from 28 September, the independent site Meduza reported,
citing a Kremlin source.
According to the source, they will have to obtain a permit from the Military Commissariat, a sort of "exit visa", to cross the border. On September 21, Vladimir Putin announced the "partial" mobilization: Defense Minister Sergy Shoigu said that about 300,000 people will be mobilized. (ANSA).
