Egyptian mummy of a pregnant woman at the Gallery of Ancient Art
at the National Museum in Warsaw, Poland, 07 May 2021. Experts
from the Polish Academy of Sciences during their research
discovered that the mummy, found in the Royal Tombs of Thebes,
is an Ancient Egyptian pregnant woman, first such discovery in
the world. The mummy, which based on the hieroglyphs on the
coffin, was long believed that the mummified body belonged to
the priest Hor-Jehuti, was brought to Poland in the nineteenth
century, and is on display at the Gallery of Ancient Art at the
